When you are an active client, we collect information necessary to deliver services, including account credentials we manage on your behalf, device and network inventory, support ticket history, and billing information.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and open service requests. You may receive up to 10 SMS messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may reply START to resubscribe.

No phone/mobile number information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We share information only with service providers and subcontractors who perform functions on our behalf, such as our messaging and telecommunications carriers, ticketing and remote monitoring platforms, and payment processors. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for Centervert.
