These Terms govern your use of the Centervert website and your participation in Centervert's text messaging program. Centervert is a d/b/a of Wavefront Operations, LLC. By using this site or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of This Website
The content on this site is provided for general informational purposes. Centervert makes no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error free. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
2. Services
Delivery of managed IT, cloud, networking, security, and communications services is governed by the written service agreement between Centervert and the client. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or a binding contract for services.
3. SMS Text Messaging Program
Brand and program description. By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and explicitly opting in to SMS, you consent to receive SMS messages from Centervert related to support ticket updates, service appointment reminders, scheduled maintenance notices, and account notifications. Centervert does not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
How to opt in. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on the contact form at https://centervert.com/contact, or by providing verbal consent to a Centervert representative during a support call, which we record in your account record.
Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Your consent applies only to Centervert and is not transferable or assignable.
Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. Centervert does not charge for text messages.
Message frequency. Message frequency may vary based on your account activity and open service requests. You may receive up to 10 SMS messages per month.
Opting out. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and we will cease sending SMS messages to your number. You may reply START to resubscribe.
Help information. If you need assistance or have questions about our SMS service, reply HELP to any SMS message you receive, or contact our support team at (864) 987-8282 or connect@centervert.com.
Privacy. Your phone number will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://centervert.com/privacy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties except as required by law. No phone/mobile number information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Affiliate marketing. Wavefront Operations, LLC, doing business as Centervert, does not engage in affiliate marketing or lead generation. Affiliate marketing is not and will not be a part of this text messaging program. We do not collect, sell, or transfer consumer information for lead generation purposes.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Centervert name and marks, is the property of Wavefront Operations, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Centervert is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website or the text messaging program.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. The contracting entity is Wavefront Operations, LLC.
7. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or the messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
