Block Hours is a monthly retainer that puts decades of senior expertise to work inside the business you already run. We become your advisors, planners, AND doers: cleaning up your CRM, designing workflows, wiring automations, building dashboards, documenting process, and thinking through the hard calls with you. You bring the problem in plain language and we bring the experience to solve it. You are assigned a Relationship Manager and, from day one, a real plan we track. Anything we host and run for you, and full software builds, are handled separately (see the FAQ) so your hours stay focused on moving the business forward.

Sign and schedule
You save a payment method, accept the Terms, and book your innovation and discovery call. Nothing is charged yet. That first call is where our teams meet and we map roles, systems, and goals.
Build the plan (PRD)
Out of the kickoff we write a project requirement document: what we are solving, in what order, with clear owners and deadlines.
We go to work
We advise, plan, and build against the PRD, tracking every task, discussion, and outcome so nothing valuable disappears.
Grow into more
When something needs to be hosted, or becomes real software, we scope it as its own project so your hours stay focused.

What can I use the hours on?
Anything systems or strategy related: CRM and workflow work, automations, data and dashboards, documentation, planning, and high-level advising across strategy, business development, and innovation. If it lives inside the tools you already run, it is fair game. We can even build you a database.
How does the rate work?
It is a monthly retainer with a 5-hour minimum. The more hours you commit each month, the lower the rate: 5 to 9 hours is $200/hr, 10 to 14 is $175/hr, and 15+ is $150/hr.
When am I charged?
Not until after your first meeting with us, the innovation and discovery call. You save a payment method and accept the terms up front, but nothing is charged then. After the call, your first charge, prorated for the rest of the month, is made, and after that your Monthly Fee is charged on the 1st of each month. Unused hours do not roll over.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Hours are a monthly commitment and do not roll over to the next month, so we plan each month together and put the time to work.
What is not included?
Two things are handled separately. Anything we host and run for you, like our automated assistant, is a product you buy outright, because we maintain it either way. And full application or software development is scoped and quoted as its own project. Block Hours can start that work; it does not absorb the whole build.
Who will I be working with?
Our senior team leads the advising and planning, and a dedicated Relationship Manager keeps everything moving. Hands-on execution is handled by our team and our agents, so senior time goes where it is most valuable.
